New Product Development - The NPD Team
As Innovation is a critical part of our Business, we focus closely on Newness and the development of new products specifically tailor made for our customers. As such our New Product Development Team work closely with Sales, Technical and Commercial Teams to ensure all our products are safe, competitive and to the highest quality standards.We monitor the UK & Irish Markets and keep abreast with flavour trends and food fashions across the globe. This enables us to continually work on new products, using our knowledge of flavours, ingredients and manufacturing processes. We also work closely with a network of Ingredient suppliers who offer us the best quality ingredients, most of which are totally unique to O'Kane Poultry.
The NPD team develop new products in test kitchen facilities onsite, where they undergo rigorous shelf life and organoleptic trials prior to launch. New and innovative packaging formats are continuously under investigation in our endeavour to give the most desirable outcome to our customers.
O'Kane Poultry has been working with major food groups for over 30 years, so we have extensive experience in the Irish and UK market place.
