Lab

The Group operate a fully accredited laboratory service - Mid-Antrim Laboratory Services Ltd. The lab is located in Ballymena and provides a prompt, efficient, high quality, comprehensive testing service to companies within the O'Kane Group and a external parties. The accredited laboratory uses only standard or verified methods supported by fully documented quality control procedures to ensure accuracy, precision and repeatability of results. The lab strives to provide a service that at all times complies with the CLAS standard and the International Standard BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005.

A fully comprehensive veterinary diagnostic service is also provided by St. David's Poultry Veterinary Team at their base at the lab. This is of vital importance in diagnosing disease problems and offering prompt treatment.
